MYNDOOR TERMS OF SERVICE (SLACK PLUGIN)
Art. 1 – Introduction
1.1 Welcome to the Myndoor plugin system for Slack (“Plugin”). Use of the Myndoor Plugin is subject to the following Terms of Service. Please read these Terms carefully before using the Plugin. Your access to or use of the Plugin constitutes your acceptance of these Terms.
Art. 2 – General Provisions
2.1 The Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and Myndoor regarding your use of the Plugin.
2.2 The invalidity or ineffectiveness of any provision shall not affect the validity or effectiveness of the other provisions.
2.3 Myndoor’s failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver of such provision.
Art. 3 – Definitions
3.1 Plugin: Refers to the plugin developed by Myndoor for Slack, which integrates the unique and patented AI model to measure stress levels in textual content on Slack.
3.2 User: Refers to the person who uses the Plugin.
3.3 Myndoor: Refers to Myndoor Srl, owner of the rights of the Plugin and developer of the associated artificial intelligence model that analyzes users’ text conversations, in order to obtain certain information on the emotional state (in particular, the levels of “anger”, “fear”, “joy”, “sadness” and “stress”, hereinafter also “Emotional parameters”) and return a report on the general level of well-being.
3.4 Slack: Refers to the Slack messaging platform provided by Slack Technologies, Inc.
Art. 4 – Use of the Plugin
4.1 You acknowledge and agree that the Plugin uses a unique and patented AI model developed by Myndoor to analyse and measure Emotional Parameters in textual content on Slack.
4.2 The user must explicitly accept the installation of the Plugin to allow the AI model to analyze their messages and infer their emotional parameters.
4.3 The Plugin will provide you with the results of the analysis of Emotional Parameters in your messages on Slack. However, you understand that such evaluations are algorithmically based and may not always be accurate.
4.4 You agree not to use the Plugin for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. Myndoor will fully cooperate with the relevant authorities in the event of any investigation or legal request related to the use of the Plugin.
Art. 5 – Changes to the plugin and updates
5.1 Myndoor reserves the right to make changes to the Plugin, including improvements, new features, and updates. Such changes may be made at any time without prior notice. Users will be notified of significant changes through in-application notifications or through other means of communication.
Art. 6 – Termination of the use of the Plugin
6.1 You can stop using the Myndoor Plugin at any time by uninstalling it from Slack.
6.2 Myndoor reserves the right to cease the availability of the Plugin or to discontinue its support at any time, upon notice to users.
Art. 7 – Privacy and data
7.1 You grant us permission to access and analyse textual content written on Slack for the purpose of assessing emotional parameters.
Art. 8 – Responsibilities of the User
8.1 The User is responsible for the appropriate use of the Plugin; The analysis of emotional parameters is provided for informational purposes only and should not be considered as medical or psychological advice.
8.2 You understand that the results of the analysis of emotional parameters may vary based on different factors and circumstances, and you should not base important decisions solely on such assessments.
Art. 9 – Myndoor’s Liability
9.1 Myndoor is committed to providing the service with the utmost care and professionalism. However, you understand and agree that your use of the Plugin is at your own risk. In no event shall Myndoor SRL be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, incidental or special damages arising out of the use of the Plugin, including but not limited to financial loss, service interruption or loss of data.
Art. 10 – Suspension and removal of the Plugin
10.1 Myndoor reserves the right to suspend or remove the Plugin if you violate these Terms or for security or maintenance reasons.
10.2 In the event of suspension or removal, Myndoor shall not be liable for any damage or loss suffered by you.
Art. 11 – Assistance and Feedback
11.1 Myndoor is committed to providing a comprehensive and high-quality support service to the users of the Plugin. The support is designed to answer questions, solve problems, and ensure an optimal user experience while using the Plugin.
11.2 Support is provided via the firstname.lastname@example.org email address . Myndoor will endeavour to respond to support requests within a reasonable time after receipt of the request. Response times may vary depending on the size and complexity of the request.
11.3 Myndoor will use the utmost diligence to resolve technical or usage issues reported by users as quickly as possible. In the event that the issue requires further verification or investigation, Myndoor will provide regular updates to you regarding the status of the resolution.
11.4 Myndoor welcomes Users’ feedback regarding the Plugin and support experience. Users’ comments and opinions help to improve the service and ensure an even better experience.
Art. 12 – Intellectual Property
12.1 Myndoor owns all intellectual property rights related to the Plugin, including patents, trademarks, copyrights, and know-how.
12.2 You acknowledge and agree that the Plugin, including the artificial intelligence model, is the exclusive property of Myndoor SRL. Access to and use of the Plugin does not confer any intellectual property rights on the user.
Art. 13 – Financial charges
13.1 Users who wish to use the Plugin must subscribe to a paid subscription, according to the terms indicated at the time of purchase of the service.
13.2 Subscriptions to the Plugin are subject to automatic renewal. When your current subscription expires, you authorize your subscription to automatically renew with your selected payment method, unless you cancel your subscription before the expiration date.
13.3 You may cancel your subscription to the Plugin at any time. However, subscription fees already paid are nonrefundable.
13.4 Myndoor reserves the right to make changes to rates and subscription plans at any time. Changes will be communicated to you with sufficient notice.
13.5 Your continued use of the Plugin after the introduction of the fees constitutes your acceptance of the new payment terms.
Art. 14 – Invoicing and payment methods
14.1 Myndoor issues an electronic invoice, which is based on the information provided by the User; No changes to the data will be possible after the invoice has been issued.
14.2 For payments, Myndoor uses the Stripe platform, which accepts all major credit and debit cards from customers from all over the world (Visa / Mastercard / American Express). Stripe is an external platform for online payments that allows you to make payments by debit card, rechargeable card or credit card, etc. Payments are processed immediately, without the need to create a Stripe account. Stripe supports 3D Secure for any payment and meets the most stringent online security requirements. Stripe is certified as a PCI, Level 1 compliant service provider. A confirmation email will be sent to each transaction made using this method from Stripe. The amount of the order is debited from the bank account connected to the credit card at the time the order is confirmed. Stripe prevents fraudulent activity by detecting suspicious activity by working with Global Partners Networks and Credit Card Networks to do so.
14.3 Myndoor disclaims any liability for disputes related to purchases. All disputes are handled directly by Stripe. To learn more about how Stripe handles disputes, https://stripe.com/help/disputes. All transactions are processed through a secure server, guaranteeing Users maximum data protection.
Art. 15 – Changes to the Terms
15.1 Myndoor reserves the right to make changes to these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective once posted. We recommend that you check the Terms of Service periodically to be aware of any changes.

16.1 If you have any questions, problem reports or complaints regarding the Plugin, you may contact us at the email@example.com email address or through the support channels provided. By using the Plugin, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.
Art. 17 – Dispute Resolution
17.1 Any disputes or claims arising from the use of the Plugin will be resolved through good faith negotiations between the parties involved. In the event that no agreement can be reached, disputes will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Milan. Specifically, pursuant to and for the purposes of art. 1341, paragraph 2 of the Italian Civil Code, the following clauses: Article 7 (Privacy and data), Article 9 (Liability of Myndoor), Article 10 (Suspension and removal of the Plugin), Article 13 (Charges), Article 15 (Changes to Terms), Article 17 (Dispute Resolution).
